The safari will take you to the Lower Zambezi National Park as well as canoeing on the Zambezi River and you will visit the Victoria Falls and South Luangwa, another one Zambia's premier national parks:

On days five and six you will first have a full days drive through Lower Zambezi National Park, over the escarpment, en route to a wayside camp site. The you camp for three nights at a site near the gates of South Luangwa National Park. Here optional activities include games drives in open vehicles, game walks and night drives, into the Park.
On Days ten and eleven you will drive north to Luambe National Park and camp for two nights at a private site. Here there are game drives and walks available.
On day twelve, you leave the game parks environment of the Luangwa Valley and travel back to Chipata, where you camp overnight at a festive camp site.
